This and That.......(Part II)

If you are anaemic with low blood values try eating jaggery as big as a lemon along with roasted peanuts. Make sure to remove the husk of the peanuts. You can try eating peanut balls made out of jaggery which is also good for the same purpose.Contributor:Pushkala
